The tilt is what I needed.

Wasn't too hard to install. Good range of motion, especially the range of tilt, more than most mounts offer.Warning: do not try to drive the mount screws with a Philips head, the screws strip VERY easily. Use a socket instead.

Does what it says it does

The arm is strong enough to lift and hold my 32in tv. Others reviews said theirs failed to lift and hold their 32in must of failed to tighten the adjustment screw located on the arm

Works as intended

I got 2 to support a 27" monitor and a 43" TV (16.6 lbs). Been a couple of months of use and still working great. Back plate separate from the support system was a huge help in installation. A tip ... if the arm keeps falling after install, support the monitor from the bottom with one hand and tighten the screw all the way one direction till monitor is supported. if that don't work, start tightening the screw in the other direction.
