Returns and refunds policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, only replacement or replacement parts.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. or order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your return is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Delayed or missing returns (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@onkron.us. and we will solve this problem as soon as possible.

Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange the product for the same one, please send us an email to info@onkron.us,If. If you have not opened the box and are looking for another product at at least the same price, please contact us at info@onkron.us.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs associated with returning the product if the reason for the return is not a defect or error in processing.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. In most cases it is 3-5 business days.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75 yourself, please consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
